Wishing you had a spa inside your pool where you can relax after a long day?

When you have a pool that doesn’t have a spa…

  • Heating the pool takes so long and is so costly that you rarely use it.
  • You’re not able to get your pool hot enough for a therapeutic and relaxing, evening dip.
  • The regular pool jets don’t have enough pressure to be massaging…that can make you feel like you’re missing out on enjoying the full potential of your back yard.
…that can make you feel like you’re missing out on enjoying the full potential of your back yard.

We totally get it! We’ve helped lots of homeowners just like you transform their pool into the oasis they’ve always dreamed of with a custom-built, spa addition.

Spa Additions – Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to add a spa to my existing pool?

Although we can give you a general price for a spa addition, each spa addition will be unique depending on your vision and preferences. The average spa addition will cost anywhere from $25,000 to $50,000. That being said, many of our spa additions fall within the $25-35k range. Of course, if you have something more detailed and unique in mind, the price may increase from there.

How long does it take to complete a spa addition?

This will depend on a few factors, including permits, whether or not you are also performing a complete remodel, and the design of your spa. We will be able to give you a fairly accurate timeline once we go over your goals and vision with you. Most jobs take between 7-12 weeks.

Can you build a spa outside of my current pool borders?

Yes! We offer a variety of spa addition designs, including entirely outside of your existing pool. Most pool owners opt for a spa addition either entirely inside their current pool walls, or partially outside. However, we are happy to chat with you about your vision and see what we can do!

What design options will I have to choose from?

We work with you to make your vision come to life. As long as it is possible, we will design your spa addition to match your goals. Some popular design styles are raised spas, custom spillway channels, custom LED lighting and jet layouts, custom benches and steps, among countless others!

Does adding a spa also add maintenance issues?

With any addition to your pool, there will be certain aspects that will require maintenance. A spa adds minimal maintenance as it shares the same water and filtration equipment as your current pool. You won’t need to find a new weekly cleaning service either, as nearly all companies will know how to handle your new addition.

Why should I add a spa during a remodel?

There are multiple benefits to building a spa during a pool remodel. Your pool will need to be drained regardless, and that is a great time to check for structural cracks and repairs. You will also be able to seamlessly match your coping, tile, and features at the same time. You can also save money by performing all of this at once, which makes it an attractive option for many homeowners.
