Pool Resurfacing Chatsworth
1. Worry-free Pool Resurfacing
Our pool resurfacing Chatsworth services are carried out by certified pool professionals. They have been working in the pool industry for years and know the jobs they carry out like it’s the back of their hands. That said, the feedback we receive from our customers is often about the quality of our work and how professional our team is when handling pool resurfacing and pool deck resurfacing projects. Our customers enjoy worry-free pool resurfacing knowing that they are with Stanton Pools.
Stanton Pools is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured pool maintenance, repair, and construction company.
2. Long-lasting Results
We begin our pool resurfacing Chatsworth service by draining the pool. To prevent the swimming pool from popping off the ground, we remove the hydrostatic plug or by drilling holes in the bottom of the swimming pool. A sump pump is used to suck the water from the swimming pool and is directed to a secured place.
When the water is drained, the old surface is removed and any major damage to the concrete is repaired. We use a variety of tools to remove the old shell. These include basic ones like a hammer and a chisel or more sophisticated ones such as pneumatic jackhammers. These tools allow us to either slowly and carefully chip away the damaged surface or to go deep down the concrete.
After the debris is collected, we begin preparing the new surface. It will be installed properly and will be given enough time to set and cure. Doing so ensures that the materials will become durable. That said, a pool resurfacing Chatsworth project can take anywhere from one to two weeks.
Finally, the water is added and the balance of the pool water is checked. Once we have added all the necessary chemicals, we can turn over the pool to the owner.
3. Pool Deck Resurfacing
This kind of job also starts by chipping off the old and often weathered surface and addressing any structural issues on the deck. Exposing the concrete below allows the material to hold well and therefore last longer.
We then apply the material and let it set. Depending on the situation, the pool deck resurfacing job can be finished by applying a sealer to provide added protection.
4. Beautiful Material Selection
These materials are usually in theme and can be used to create a connection between the swimming pool, the deck, and even one’s home. For example, a sandy-colored pebble pool can go along with a deck finished with a similarly-colored deck. Modern minimalists can opt for a dark-hued pool accompanied by an obsidian-shaded deck.
Regardless of the style you are going for, we at Stanton Pools can make it happen.
5. Saltwater Pool Conversions
Saltwater pools are known for their ability to generate chlorine automatically. Compared to traditionally chlorinated swimming pools, a pool with a saltwater system produces gentler waters. A conventionally chlorinated swimming pool has more concentrated chemicals in it which can cause skin irritation, redness of the eye, and even fading of swimwear. Furthermore, the need to store the aforementioned chemicals may be risky for people living with toddlers and even for those with pets.
A saltwater system eliminates all that and makes one’s swimming pool more appealing to families with children and seniors alike.

Chatsworth Pool Maintenance Services
1. Weekly Cleaning Service
This service begins with the cleaning of the pool water. A pool guy will scoop up floating debris that would otherwise just sink onto the bottom of the pool. If left unchecked, this debris can decompose and affect the overall quality and chemistry of the water.
With the debris removed, the pool guy will then brush the pool walls and the pool floor. The pool’s steps and the coping will also be cleaned. The dirt removed from the surface will be collected by a pool vacuum. The dirt trapped on the skimmer basket will also be picked up. The skimmer will be brushed to prevent the development of any unwanted microorganisms in the water.
Once all that’s done, your assigned pool professional will check the pool lights and visit the equipment bay to inspect if the pool pump, pool heater, and pool filter are working properly.
Finally, the water will be checked and chemicals will be added to ensure optimum water chemistry.
2. Pool Equipment Repair
Switching to a variable-speed pool pump, for example, allows owners to save more money in the long run without having to compromise the quality of their pool water.
